What you’ll be doing:

- Leading the firm’s large corporate audit practice, building trusted relationships with boards and senior stakeholders.

- Winning new business and taking the lead on strategic growth in the large corporate space.

- Inspiring and mentoring a talented audit team, developing the next generation of leaders.

- Ensuring quality, compliance, efficiency across complex, high-value audits.

- Acting as a visible market ambassador, representing the practice at key industry events.

The successful candidate will have:

- ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) question with extensive senior audit experience.

- A proven ability to win and deliver major audit engagements.

- A commercial, strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture.

- A natural leader who thrives on inspiring and developing others.

- Strong technical expertise and confidence navigating complex standards.
