The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced paralegal to join our residential property department. You’ll be handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
*Working on a mix caseload of purchases and sales
*Drafting and reviewing legal documents
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
*Providing exceptional client care throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A proactive, client-focused approach
*Experience using case management systems
