Primary Teacher & KS2 Phase Leader – Exeter Area
Salary: MPS1–UPS3 + TLR2A (£32,916 – £51,047 + £3,527)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
Start Date: ASAP

We are working in partnership with a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in the Exeter area to recruit a passionate Teacher and Key Stage 2 Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator looking to take the next step in their leadership journey while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
About the Role:This dual role combines classroom teaching in Year 6 with leadership responsibilities across Key Stage 2. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive school improvement, enhance pupil outcomes, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
*Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in Year 6
*Leading and supporting colleagues across KS2
*Monitoring pupil progress and supporting academic and personal development
*Contributing to whole-school initiatives and strategic planning
What We’re Looking For:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Proven experience in upper Key Stage 2
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*A commitment to inclusive and child-centred education
*Ability to inspire pupils and staff alike
