Job Description:
We are exclusively partnered with a prestigious firm of financial planners who as a result of continued business growth are looking to expand their city based financial planning team.
This unique offering will see you form part of our client’s inhouse ’Adviser Academy’ & embark on a journey in becoming a fully qualified independent financial adviser.
What our client is looking for
*c2 years experience + within financial services/ wealth management (essential)
*Previous client services administration experience (essential)
*Strong academic background (essential)
*Studying towards CII Level 4 Diploma (desirable)
*Basic paraplanning experience (desirable)
*Client meeting experience (desirable)
The academy offering
*Full funded study support via CII
*A structured & bespoke development plan
*Expert training & mentoring
*Client meeting experience
*In depth understanding of the financial planning process
The package (whilst in the academy)
*Starting basic salary of up to c £40,000
*Attractive Bonus Scheme
*Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
*30 days holiday + bank holidays (rising)
*Full study support
*Private Medical Insurance
*Life Cover
*Company Pension Scheme
