Job Description:

Administration
*Maintain the staff attendance sheet
*Organise shipments (TNT, UPS, etc.)
*Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport)
*Provide admin and accounts filing support
*Assist the admin team as needed
*Send monthly training schedules to HR contacts using Excel
*Manage incoming/outgoing post
Office & Building Support
*Liaise with maintenance providers (e.g security and plumbers etc)
*Conduct building inspections and report issues
*Perform routine health & safety checks
*Coordinate and test fire alarms and drills
*Contribute to the company’s Business Continuity Planning team
Reception
*Greet and welcome guests professionally and warmly
*Ensure reception and meeting areas are tidy and prepared
*Manage incoming calls and route them to the correct team members
*Organise refreshments for guests and staff
*Order and manage stationery supplies
*Assist with diary management
Person Specification:
*A-Level or equivalent experience.
*Experience in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
*Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
*Highly organised and self-motivated.
*Previous experience in an administrative support role.
