Job Description:
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a high-end retail brand based in Bath, as they look to welcome two Delivery Drivers to their exceptional customer service team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a retailer known for their outstanding products, craftsmanship, and customer experience. You’ll play a key role in representing the brand during deliveries, ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional, and personal service.
Day to Day:*Deliver premium products to customers across the region, ensuring all items arrive in perfect condition.
*Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery, upholding the company’s reputation for quality and care.
*Handle products with precision and care, supporting with lifting, assembly, and placement where required.
*Maintain delivery vehicles to a high standard, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times.
*Work closely with the instore and warehouse teams to coordinate daily schedules and resolve any delivery queries.
*Support wider warehouse operations when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
*Represent the brand positively at all times, delivering an experience that reflects their commitment to excellence.
We’d Love to See:*A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
*Previous experience in a delivery or customer-facing role, ideally within a premium or service-led environment
*Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach
*Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
*A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
*Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items safely and efficiently
