A personable CDM Principal Design specialist is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to manage a very interesting project portfolio, which included iconic Sports Stadiums. You will have the opportunity to work remotely as you manage your Design Risk (CDM) work load with full autonomy.

The CDM Principal Designer’s role
You will act as Principal Designer under the CDM 2015 Regulations, working closely Clients and Design teams to ensure compliance throughout the design stage. The role will involve attending design meetings, compiling pre-construction information, and engaging with clients and contractors to maintain health and safety standards.
The CDM Principal Designer
*Minimum of 4 year of experience in a CDM or Principal Design role (essential)
*NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
*Membership with APS and/or IOSH (essential)
*Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferred)
