Residential Children’s Support WorkerLocation: Keighley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (plus sleep-in payments)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Shift pattern including sleep-ins
About the RoleWe’re working with a specialist children’s residential care provider who is looking for passionate and resilient Support Workers to join their team in Keighley.
The home provides care for children and young people aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) or a history of trauma, neglect, or adverse experiences. You’ll play a vital role in helping them feel safe, supported, and ready to build positive futures.

What You’ll Be Doing*Providing day-to-day care, guidance and emotional support to young people.
*Helping young people develop life skills, routines and independence.
*Supporting with education, appointments and activities in the community.
*Maintaining accurate records and care plans in line with regulations.
*Ensuring the home environment is safe, nurturing and consistent.
*Working as part of a supportive team under the guidance of the Registered Manager.
About You*Experience working with children or young people in a residential, education or care setting (preferred).
*Compassionate, reliable and resilient under pressure.
*Understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed care (training provided).
*Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
*Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
