Job Description:
This major retailer of fashion, furniture and homeware is renowned for its focus on quality and trend-led collections. Known for bringing elevated style to their customers, they are now seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Swim & Beach Designer to join their fast-paced Womenswear Non-Clothing team.
Reporting to the Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping trend-led swim and beachwear that delights a diverse customer base. This is your chance to bring your creativity to life, drawing inspiration from global travel, trend research and innovative thinking.
What you’ll be doing as Assistant Swim & Beach Designer:
*Creating trend-led designs that push creative boundaries and resonate with the brand’s customers
*Working with multiple fabrications to deliver elevated, commercially successful collections
*Collaborating closely with Buyers, Merchandisers, and Product Technologists to ensure designs are both beautiful and viable
*Researching and presenting key trends to your team and senior stakeholders
*Building strong relationships with suppliers, briefing them clearly and supporting the process from range planning to final product selection

*Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
*Experience and technical knowledge of swim & beachwear design
*Awareness of market trends, competitors, and key brands
*A confident presentation style and ability to communicate ideas clearly
