Regional Manager (Children’s Residential)Location: North West England (flexible travel across region)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + 10% annual bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent | 40 hours per week
About the RoleWe’re supporting a highly respected children’s residential care provider in their search for a Regional Manager to oversee several homes across the North West.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, proactive leader who shares a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people who have experienced trauma and adversity.
You’ll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to a team of Registered Managers — ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance and development across the region.
Key Responsibilities*Lead, mentor and develop a team of Registered Managers across multiple homes.
*Maintain compliance with Ofsted Regulations and Quality Standards.
*Promote a culture of continuous improvement and trauma-informed practice.
*Oversee budgets, resources and performance across the region.
*Build and maintain positive relationships with Local Authorities and partner agencies.
*Drive service improvement and quality outcomes for children and young people.
About You*Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience within children’s residential care.
*Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
*Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or willingness to complete).
*Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory compliance.
*Excellent people management and communication skills.
*Confident, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
*Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
