Person Specification
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or overseas equivalent
*Experience teaching in a SEND or specialist setting, ideally with primary-aged pupils
*Confident in leading a small team of Teaching Assistants
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A warm, creative, and resilient approach to teaching and learning
