Role: Client Engagement Advisor
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

We’re delighted to be supporting a well-established Sheffield law firm in their search for a New Business Advisor to join their busy and growing Conveyancing and Family Law teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or sales, who thrives on building relationships, understanding client needs, and converting initial enquiries into active clients.
No prior legal experience is required - the firm will provide comprehensive training on legal processes, terminology, and client journey management. However, experience within professional services or other client-focused, confidential environments will be an advantage, particularly where professionalism and discretion are key.
Key Responsibilities *
Manage incoming enquiries across Conveyancing and Family Law services

Build trust and rapport with prospective clients from the first interaction
*
Provide clear, empathetic, and informative guidance on services and next steps
*
Support clients through the initial stages of instruction
*
Work towards conversion targets and contribute to the firm’s overall growth
*
Collaborate closely with both the Conveyancing and Family Law teams to ensure a smooth client experience
About You *
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or client support
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine client-first approach
*
Confident in handling and converting new business enquiries
*
Able to maintain discretion and empathy, particularly when dealing with sensitive family matters
*
Comfortable in a target-driven, professional environment
*
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
