If so, our client, a leading manufacturing business, is recruiting for a Financial Controller to cover three of their sites. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will be responsible for leading a small finance team and overseeing all financial operations across three sites.

Job Description
*Overseeing all financial operations across three sites, managing a small finance team and ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and control.
*Partnering closely with the Finance Director to drive performance, support strategic decision-making, and deliver insightful financial analysis.
*Overseeing all financial controls, month-end processes, forecasting, and budgeting activities across two manufacturing sites and one logistics site.
*Managing and developing a local finance team including AP, finance assistant, and CIMA-qualified factory accountant to build capability and succession.
*Acting as a proactive business partner within the organisation, supporting growth, cost control, and continuous process improvement.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Previous experience in a senior finance role within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment
*Holder of a relevant finance degree or qualification
*Experience presenting and reporting to director and c-suite level stakeholders
