Graduate Project Manager – Engineering & Installations
Location: Crawley (office-based with regular UK site travel)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Driving licence: Required
Passport: Must be British born due to certain site requirements
We’re working with a leading engineering and manufacturing business that’s expanding its UK Projects Team due to continued growth. They’re looking for a motivated Graduate Project Manager to support the delivery of installation projects across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering or construction graduate (ideally with around one year of post-graduation experience) to begin a career in project management with a company that values development, progression, and practical learning.
The Offer *Salary between £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
*22 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising by one day per year)

Graduate Project Manager Responsibilities *Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of bespoke engineering and access control installation projects.
*Assist with project documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
*Liaise with clients, site teams, and contractors to maintain clear and professional communication throughout each project.
*Visit customer sites (pool cars or train travel provided) to oversee progress and support installation teams.
*Prepare risk assessments and technical documentation under the guidance of senior project managers.
Graduate Project Manager Profile *Must be a British-born national (required due to the nature of the sites).
*Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
*Ideally one year of relevant experience (placement or post-graduate role).
*Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
*Competent in Microsoft Office and able to interpret engineering drawings.
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK.
