Job Description:
An established company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team. The Administrator role includes managing the scheduling of Engineers, ensuring that customer requests are effectively managed. This role involves playing a critical role in optimising company operations and improving customer satisfaction.
*Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
*Parking available
Administrator responsibilities:
*Managing the scheduling and dispatch of Engineers, ensuring that customer requests are managed in a timely and efficient manner.
*Optimising the allocation of Engineers, provisioning for their skills, location, and availability
*Monitor Engineers in real-time, responding to changes, customer requests, and unexpected issues
*Providing excellent customer service at all times, communicating with customers and Engineers
*Identifying and resolving issues that may impact operations, including scheduling conflicts or delays
*Generating required reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
*Working closely with Engineers and customer service staff to ensure smooth coordination
Administrator skills/competencies:
*Previous experience in a similar role desirable
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to unexpected changes
