B2B Sales Representative
Are you an experienced Telemarketer seeking a role that offers variety, professional growth, and the opportunity to work with a diverse set of industries?We’re on the lookout for a motivated and personable B2B Telemarketer to join our clients’ expanding team in Thetford, Norfolk.
As an established leader in outsourced sales, they serve a wide array of clients across multiple sectors. This is your chance to develop expertise in different industries, while working within a collaborative and dynamic team environment that drives tangible results for national and global clients.
The Role In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the full sales pipeline for multiple clients, collaborating closely with the digital marketing team. You’ll engage with prospects from the first contact to closing, focusing on both inbound and outbound sales strategies. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute directly to the growth of client businesses.
Key Responsibilities: *Make consistent outbound calls to warm leads, follow up from digital campaigns, and conduct strategic cold calling.
*Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals through calls and emails.
*Work closely with our digital marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
*Participate in client meetings and prospect calls to represent their business in a professional manner.
*Quickly learn about a variety of client products and services and adapt accordingly.
*Keep accurate records of client interactions and provide regular progress updates.
*Build long-term relationships with clients that foster growth and retention.
What We’re Looking ForEssential Requirements: *At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles with regular outbound calling responsibilities.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Quick comprehension and ability to learn new products and services across different sectors.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems.
*A friendly and personable approach to building client relationships.
*Highly adaptable, thriving in a role with varied tasks and different client needs.
*Strong work ethic and a proven ability to follow a structured sales process.
*Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
*Independent thinker who can problem-solve and think critically.
*Professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport easily.

What’s On Offer: *£28,000 basic salary + quarterly performance-based bonus (OTE £35,000)
*Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
