Customer Success Executive (Maternity Cover – 9-Month Contract)Central London | Hybrid (3 days remote)
£30,000 – £35,000 base + £10,000 uncapped bonus/commission

The Role: Customer Success Executive

As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from their subscriptions. You’ll focus on renewals, engagement, and satisfaction, helping clients understand how the platform supports their goals.


Key responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of subscription clients
*Drive engagement and platform adoption
*Act as the main point of contact for client support
*Lead renewal conversations and identify upsell opportunities
*Deliver client onboarding sessions and presentations
*Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs


About You

You’ll bring:
*At least 12 months’ experience in a Customer Success, Client Service, or Client-Facing role
*A proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*Excellent organisation and time management abilities
*A proactive, client-focused mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
