Job Description:
Are you a proactive, people-focused leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? We’re looking for a Reception Manager to join a busy health clinic and take ownership of our front-of-house and administrative operations.
In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a dedicated reception team and ensure every detail of our clinic runs smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver outstanding service.
*Oversee appointment scheduling, invoicing, and client communications.
*Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across reception and administration.
*Maintain high standards of clinic presentation and client care.
*Support sales targets and promotional activities.
*Handle financial processes including reconciliations and petty cash.
*Act in a professional manner, be approachable, and knowledgeable.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in team leadership.
*Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
*Strong understanding of administrative systems and processes.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
