The Role As a Senior CDM Consultant, you’ll lead the delivery of design risk management and CDM advisory services across multiple exciting developments. You’ll work closely with clients and design teams from concept through completion, guiding them through CDM 2015 requirements while identifying innovative ways to enhance safety and buildability.

About You * NEBOSH Construction or equivalent qualification

* Proven experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or CDM Advisor

* Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and the Principal Designer role

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
