Senior CDM Consultant - Newcastle £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Career Progression
Are you an experienced Senior CDM Consultant ready to take your career to the next level? The Role As a Senior CDM Consultant, you’ll take ownership of diverse, high-profile projects across commercial, residential, education, and regeneration sectors. You’ll advise on design risk management from concept through completion, working directly with clients and design teams to ensure compliance with CDM 2015 - while adding real, tangible value beyond the regulations.
You’ll also mentor junior team members and play an active part in shaping how the business continues to grow across the North East.

About You * NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and the Principal Designer role
* Previous experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or experienced CDM Advisor
* Confident with clients, proactive in approach, and commercially aware
