As a Tutor: You’ll be working with young people who may have additional needs such as:
*Special Educational Needs (SEN)
*Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges
*Trauma-related barriers
*Risk of Permanent Exclusion (PEX)
Your role will be to provide tailored, 1:1 or small group support that helps learners re-engage with education and achieve their potential.
About you: We welcome applications from individuals with at least 1 year of experience in UK schools in roles such as:
*Tutor
*Teacher
*Cover Supervisor
*Teaching Assistant
*ELSA
*1:1 Support Worker
*Or other relevant educational roles
Experience working with learners with additional needs is essential.

*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

*Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
