*Provide competitive quotes for shipments, ensuring maximum profitability.
*Communicate effectively with shippers, hauliers, and carriers throughout the transport process.
*Manage key accounts efficiently, ensuring smooth handling from booking to successful delivery.
*Prepare and manage all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
*Handle customs import and export documentation with precision.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
