£45,000 FTE – Part Time (2/3 Days Per Week) 6 Month Contract

Management Accountant required on a contract basis to provide vital support during a period of transition and system migration. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong financial management, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting informed strategic decision-making.

What will you do as a Management Accountant?
*Prepare comprehensive monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet & cash flow reports.
*Lead variance analysis and provide clear, actionable insights on budget vs. actual performance.
*Manage statutory returns, including VAT returns, partial exemption calculations, and Gift Aid claims.
*Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting & financial planning with key department heads.
*Support audit processes and ensure full compliance with all financial regulations.
*Drive process improvements and assist with crucial financial modelling & ad-hoc analysis.
What do you need as a Management Accountant?
*ACCA, CIMA, or ACA Part-Qualified status is essential.
*Proven experience in a hands-on management accounting role.
*Charity or housing sector highly desirable – ready to hit the ground running.
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy to ensure reliable reporting.
