MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Shildon area.
MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in Printing
The Role:
*Operate and maintain digital printing machines to produce high-quality decorative surface prints.
*Prepare and load materials such as laminates and substrates for print runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
*Conduct colour matching and quality inspections throughout the production process to maintain Wilsonart’s premium finish standards.
*Interpret and follow detailed job specifications, artwork, and print layouts to ensure correct output.
*Perform machine setup, calibration, and minor maintenance, resolving basic printing issues to minimise downtime.
*Work collaboratively with design, production, and quality teams to meet order requirements and production targets.
*Maintain accurate production records and follow all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
The Person:
*Someone with a can-do attitude
*Must be flexible to work overtime
*Computer literate
*Preferably have digital print experience
