We are currently recruiting for reliable and adaptable primary teacher to work at a Primary School in Sittingbourne. This position will be on a temporary basis for maternity cover but we also have positions for supply cover and will cover a variety of schools across Sittingbourne and surrounding areas; so please feel free to register for consideration for other supply cover positions.
Your new role
This role is on a full basis and will be suited to those who have a passion for teaching across multiple Primary Schools. The schools will be looking for someone with strong and adaptable classroom skills as you will be covering the class for the day; the role is open to ECTs. The successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities along with working with other teachers in the year to form a collaborative team. If you like the challenge of working in multiple primary schools in the Sittingbourne area, then this is the role for you! Many supply teachers have gone on to build solid and lasting relationships with schools in the Sittingbourne area – this has led to some teachers securing long-term and permanent positions following their work in supply.


What you’ll need to succeed
• You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
• Experience teaching in a UK Primary School.
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
• Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
