The Opportunity
Command Recruitment are working with a well-established Accident Repair Centre in the Southampton area who are looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
*Assess and compile accurate repair estimates for damaged vehicles
*Use Audatex to produce and submit estimates to insurers
*Liaise with insurance companies, engineers, and customers
*Produce job cards and support the bodyshop team with workflow
*Ensure repair processes follow safe, recorded methodologies
What’s On Offer
? £40,000-£43,000 basic salary

About You
*ATA-qualified or equivalent Estimator / VDA certification
*Experience using Audatex
*Strong communication and customer service skills
