Senior Town Planner
Central London (Hybrid Working - 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Our client - a well-respected planning and development practice known for its collaborative culture and diverse project portfolio - is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their growing London team.
The Opportunity This is an exciting role offering the chance to work on a wide variety of projects across London and the South East, including urban regeneration, mixed-use, residential, commercial, and leisure schemes. You’ll take a leading role in managing projects, advising clients, and contributing to strategic planning work for high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities * Lead on the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications and appeals
* Provide expert planning advice to clients, developers, and stakeholders
* Undertake site appraisals, policy analysis, and development plan representations
* Manage client relationships and coordinate input from multi-disciplinary teams
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Contribute to new business development and thought leadership activities
About You * MRTPI qualified (or actively working towards chartership)
* Strong background in planning consultancy, ideally with experience on urban or mixed-use developments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident in client-facing situations and capable of managing projects independently
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for high-quality planning outcomes
