Piers Meadows Recruitment are looking for a band 7 Physiotherapist to work in Learning Disabilities in London (South):
*To provide Professional Leadership for Learning disability physiotherapy team.
*To participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of Physiotherapy services, holding responsibility for defined projects; working towards improved service quality across the Trust
*To work as an autonomous highly specialist practitioner who manages a caseload of service users with complex needs, using advanced clinical reasoning and skills to provide specialised diagnosis, advice, and treatment.
*To develop the clinical education of specialist Physiotherapists, students and other disciplines within the Trust, ensuring evidence-based practice
*To provide supervision and appraisal for junior Physiotherapy staff within the Learning disability physiotherapy team.
