Location: Rochester
OTE: £60,000
Salary: £22,000 Basic

What You’ll Do: *Sell with Purpose: Use your experience to understand customer needs and offer the perfect car and add-ons.
*Drive Results: Handle a high volume of leads and turn them into sales with your engaging and persuasive personality.

What We’re Looking For: *Experience: Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent)-ideally with a proven sales record.
*Passion: A love for cars and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
*People Skills: An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell.
*Self-Starter: You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.
Perks: *Great Pay: £22k basic, with an achievable £60k OTE - top performers are earning in excess of £85k.
*Flexibility: Two days off every week.

Hours: *5 Days Per Week
*Monday to Friday: 9am - 7.30pm
*Saturdays: 8.30am - 6pm
