Role Overview:
As an ENT Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients, including outpatient clinics, theatre sessions, ward rounds, and on-call duties where required. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities: *Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for ENT-related conditions
*Participate in theatre lists and outpatient clinics
*Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to teaching and training
*Engage in clinical governance and service development initiatives
*Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of patient care
Requirements: *Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
*Inclusion on the Specialist Register in Otolaryngology (ENT)
*Relevant NHS experience at Consultant level
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
