Job Description:
We are seeking a Treasury Administrator to join a well-established Treasury Operations team within the wider Group Treasury function. This role offers the chance to develop a solid understanding of corporate treasury while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day activities and ongoing process improvements. This role would be based in office 4 days per week in central London.

Description
*Support the daily cash management process, including payments for debt, derivatives, deposits, and FX transactions
*Maintain and update the Treasury Management System (currently City Financials), including data input, transaction recording, and report generation
*Assist with onboarding and compliance for banking counterparties, including KYC reviews and authorised signatory updates
*Prepare and maintain documentation for facility and loan compliance (e.g., directors’ certificates, covenant calculations, and supporting schedules)
*Contribute to continuous improvement projects across systems, reporting, and processes
*Keep accurate and organised documentation, such as reconciliations, checklists, and procedure manuals
*Ensure full adherence to the Group Treasury Policy and internal controls
*Provide general administrative support to the wider Treasury team as required
Profile
A successful Treasury Administrator should have:
*Previous experience in a treasury, accounting, or finance role within a relevant industry.
*Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
*High attention to detail and accountability for your work
*Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams
*A collaborative and proactive team player
*Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset
Job Offer
*Competitive base salary of £40,000 - £47,500 per annum.
*Additional benefits, including a 10% bonus and 15% non-contributory pension.
