The Opportunity
Command Recruitment are working with a well-established Accident Repair Centre in the Southampton area who are looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess and compile accurate repair estimates for damaged vehicles
* Use Audatex to produce and submit estimates to insurers
* Liaise with insurance companies, engineers, and customers
* Produce job cards and support the bodyshop team with workflow
* Ensure repair processes follow safe, recorded methodologies
What’s On Offer
£40,000-£43,000 basic salary

About You
* ATA-qualified or equivalent Estimator / VDA certification
* Experience using Audatex
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational ability
