Robert Walters is partnering with a leading logistics and supply chain organisation to recruit a Continuous Improvement Manager for their Hams Hall site. This is a pivotal role focused on driving operational excellence through data-led process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.
Continuous Improvement Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Robert Walters is partnering with a leading logistics and supply chain organisation to recruit a Continuous Improvement Manager for their Birmingham site. This is a pivotal role focused on driving operational excellence through data-led process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and client operations.
*Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
*Implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
*Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the site.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices and automation.
*Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
Candidate Profile:
*Proven experience in a continuous improvement or operational excellence role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain.
*Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
*Commercially astute with the ability to balance operational detail with business priorities.
*Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is highly advantageous.
