Junior Financial Planning Administrator - Glasgow Salary: Up to £28,000 + benefits
Location: Glasgow (Full-time, office-based initially, hybrid available after probation)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a highly regarded wealth management firm in Glasgow as a Junior Financial Planning Administrator.
This role is ideal for Graduates or candidates with transferable administrative or customer service skills who are looking to build a long-term career within Financial Planning or Financial Services. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and excellent opportunities to progress as you develop your knowledge and experience.
About the role:
You’ll be working as part of a professional and supportive team, providing administrative assistance to Financial Planners and helping to deliver an exceptional client experience. This will include preparing documentation, updating client records, liaising with providers, and assisting with the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and the wider team
* Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation and records
* Communicate with clients and providers in a professional and timely manner
* Assist with processing new business and client review packs
* Learn and develop a strong understanding of the financial planning process
