Job Description:
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Group Finance Manager to join a global business based in Leeds.
This is a high-impact role offering significant scope for progression within a complex, international environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in group-level reporting, financial control, and strategic support across multiple entities.
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + car allowance + bonus
Location: Leeds (hybrid working available)
Job Title: Group Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the preparation of consolidated group financial statements
*Oversee month-end close and reporting processes across multiple jurisdictions
*Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
*Drive improvements in financial controls, systems, and reporting
*Support M&A activity and integration projects as required
Ideal Candidate:
*ACA or ACCA qualified, ideally trained in practice
*Strong post-qualification experience in industry, preferably within a global or multi-entity business
*Excellent technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
*Commercially astute, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels
*Ambitious and keen to grow into a broader leadership role
