My client, a leading international law firm are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to join their Operations team.


The Property Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in managing the company’s real estate and facilities.


Duties include –


*Support the selection, evaluation, and management of office spaces
*Develop and maintain a diary for lease events
*Contribute to real estate strategy and transaction analysis
*Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants
*Manage capital projects, ensuring high standards and compliance
*Support sustainability initiatives and risk management
*Oversee budget management and supplier contracts


The ideal candidate for the role will possess the following:


*Strong ability to balance operational delivery with strategic planning
*Excellent relationship management and communication skills
*Proficiency in data management and attention to detail
*Experience in facilities and real estate business planning
*RICS qualification and a degree in Real Estate or Business Management
*APM certification (desirable)
