The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s Role
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who thrives on leadership, autonomy, and driving client success. Working closely with Directors, you’ll play a key role in leading project delivery, building client relationships, and mentoring a high-calibre team.
You will:
*Lead and deliver high-profile projects across various sectors
*Manage key client accounts and develop new business opportunities
*Oversee and support a team of Quantity Surveyors
*Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and commercial performance

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
*RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
*MRICS preferred
*Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion
*Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
*Excellent pre & post contract experience
*Comfortable managing & mentoring a team
