The Management Accountant will be responsible for producing monthly UK and Group management accounts, consolidating international subsidiary data, and supporting financial reporting and forecasting. This Milton Keynes-based role reports to the Group Financial Controller and plays a key part in audit preparation, intercompany reconciliations, and cross-departmental financial support.

Description
*Produce monthly UK management accounts and consolidate Group international accounts.
*Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
*Prepare Group reporting packs and lead year-end audit processes.
*Manage intercompany accounts and ensure accurate reconciliations.
*Support internal departments with financial insights and reporting.
*Prepare cash forecasts and sales reports to aid strategic planning.
*Provide cover across finance functions during absence periods.
*Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc financial projects.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA status with strong technical accounting knowledge.
*Experience in producing management accounts and working in an international finance environment.
*Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
