Job Description:
An award-winning companyis now seeking a Client Service Manager to join its dynamic team in South West London. As the successful candidate, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the client services function, focusing on exceptional customer satisfaction and acting as the primary liaison between selective clients – including VIPs and high-net-worth individuals – and the client success team. This is a permanent, in-office position offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits.
This is an ideal role for a proactive, service-oriented professional who thrives on delivering a premium experience. As the ideal candidate, you may have worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive or Account Manager and are now ready to take the next step in your career – or you bring strong leadership skills and a calm, solutions focused, and a creative approach to client engagement, especially when dealing with high-profile or high-value clients. You may also have worked as a Prime Residential Property Manager, or you may have experience working with High Net-Worthindividuals (HNWI)s.
This is an immediate start, permanent position within a well-established and respected design business renowned for its high calibre clientele and commitment to excellence. As the Client Services Manager, you will:
*Lead the Client Services Team and ensure exceptional performance and client satisfaction across a premium client base.
*Take ownership of revenue, invoicing, and cashflow targets to support sustainable business growth.
*Act as the key escalation point for VIP client concerns, ensuring swift, thoughtful, and discreet resolutions.
*Build and nurture trusted relationships with high-value clients, managing key accounts and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
*Refine and optimise service delivery processes to maintain the company’s high standards of quality and efficiency.
*Oversee contract renewals, reporting, and financial performance to ensure commercial alignment.
*Coordinate engineering and design resources to ensure seamless project delivery and impeccable communication.
*Support the team’s professional growth through training, coaching, and development opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
*Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage diplomatically with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
*Proven experience in client relations, account management, or customer service (service desk experience desirable).
*Strong organisational and project management abilities, with outstanding attention to detail.
*Experience leading teams, managing performance, and fostering a culture of service excellence.
*Proficiency with ticketing or contract management systems, plus confidence in analysing data to drive continuous improvement.
*Familiarity with quality management systems and business improvement practices.
