About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions within our Bulk Purchase Annuities / Pensions Risk Transfer business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, shape solutions, and support delivery from concept to implementation.
Acting as a catalyst for change, you’ll combine analytical thinking with creativity to drive results, while mentoring others and promoting continuous improvement across the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-priority change initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and desired outcomes.
* Develop and recommend solution options aligned with business strategy.
* Support detailed design, build, testing, and implementation.
* Apply Agile techniques to deliver value iteratively and efficiently.
* Coach and mentor Business Analysts to build team capability.

*Background in Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) or Pension Risk Transfer change delivery.
* Proven expertise in business analysis, design principles, and Agile practices.
