Business Analyst
Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2/3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

What you’ll do:
* Work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyse and improve business processes
* Support system enhancements, integrations, and reporting within core business applications
* Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements effectively
* Contribute to e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives
* Get involved in broader business projects, supporting continuous growth and improvement
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment
* Exposure to business applications, ERP, or CRM systems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in across all areas of the business
