TSR Legal is working in partnership with a respected boutique high street law firm in Bridgend, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their established property team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
*Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity
*Deliver high-quality client service with a personal, proactive approach
*Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
*Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
*Proven track record of managing complex and varied caseloads independently
*Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, procedures, and legislation
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
