OVERVIEW
We are working with a leading client who is seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join their team. The main requirement for this role is to have Real Estate/Property Owners exposure, our client is willing to train the right individual in Due Diligence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Perform assigned tasks with precision and efficiency to meet organisational goals.
*Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
*Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
*Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
*Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
*Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
*Relevant educational background or professional experience in a related field.
DAY-TO-DAY
*Engage in regular team meetings to discuss progress and align on objectives.
*Execute daily tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
*Monitor progress and provide updates to supervisors or project leads as required.
