?? Payroll Manager - Leading Healthcare Organization
?? Salary: Up to £55,000
?? Location: Borehamwood (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
?? Type: Permanent | Full-time
?? A newly created leadership opportunity within a people-first healthcare organisation.
You’ll oversee payroll operations for 8,000 employees across multiple sites, lead a team of three, and play a key role in driving process improvement and compliance within a supportive, collaborative culture.
?? Key Responsibilities
? Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll for a large, multi-site workforce
? Lead and develop a team of 3 payroll professionals
? Oversee payroll compliance, reporting, and audit processes
? Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and statutory compliance
? Support continuous improvement and system enhancement projects
?? Ideal Candidate Profile
�? Proven experience managing payroll in a large, multi-site UK organisation
�? Strong leadership and communication skills – personable and proactive
�? Excellent Excel skills and payroll system experience
�? CIPP qualified or equivalent experience
�? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
