Responsibilities of the Insurance Broker
*Manage inbound/outbound communication from Clients
*Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
*Work closely with the team to drive business growth
*Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
Qualifications
*Proven experience in an Insurance Broker or Commercial Account Handler role dealing with Commercial Insurance business.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
