Job Description:
Are you a keen problem-solver who thrives on supporting people through life’s unexpected moments? We’re seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Claims Handlers to guide our customers when they need us most.
Your Role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for claims and customer inquiries
*Resolve cases promptly and accurately
*Communicate with empathy and clarity via phone and email
*Manage a diverse range of claims with professionalism
*Ensure every customer feels reassured and supported throughout their journey
What You Bring:
*Outstanding communication and customer care skills
*Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails
*Strong attention to detail and a calm approach under pressure
Training & Working Hours:
*8 weeks of comprehensive, full-time training (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm) — please note, no leave can be taken during this period
*After training: Rostered shifts between 8am–6:15pm, Monday to Saturday
*One Saturday shift every 6 weeks (with a day off in lieu)
