We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Business Centre Manager to join a leading automotive group representing one of the world’s most recognised brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who thrives on building lasting relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll take ownership of developing and maintaining a strong client base, leading from the front in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business clients.
• Plan and execute daily sales activities, including prospecting and new business development.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and finance options while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare proposals and present tailored solutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and monitor performance against targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Motor trade experience is essential, ideally within sales, fleet, or business development.
• A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers and building rapport.
• Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven.
• Numerically strong with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and keen to develop their career within the automotive sector.
