The Role
*Support the Technology team in implementing a new ERP system
*Triage and troubleshoot ERP user queries
*Conduct bug fixes
*Continuous improvement of system processes
*Documentation
*Requirement gather
*Manage 3rd party relationships
About You
*Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems
*Proven experience in application support (SQL Server etc)
*Ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
*Partner with business to help business adopt the use of their ERP system
