About the Role:
You will deliver engaging, creative sessions to young people who may have additional needs such as:
*SEN (Special Educational Needs)
*SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
*Trauma
*At risk of PEX (Permanent Exclusion)
Your work will make a real difference, helping learners build confidence and develop skills through art-based approaches.
About you:
*At least 1 year of experience in UK schools in roles such as Tutor, Teacher, Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, ELSA, 1:1 support, Art Teacher, Art Therapist, Counsellor and so on.
*A background in art, art therapy, or related fields
*Experience working with learners with additional needs
As a Tutor, You Will: *Plan and deliver tailored art-based sessions to meet individual learning needs
*Support emotional well-being and encourage positive engagement
*Work 1:1 or in small groups with learners who may have complex needs
*Maintain a safe, inclusive, and creative learning environment
