We are seeking a motivated and talented Assistant Manager Formalwear to join our store at Bluewater Shopping Centre.

Role and Responsibilities of this role Assistant Manager Formalwear:
*Managing store opening and closing procedures.
*Supervising the store team and working closely with senior management.
*Overseeing stock and inventory processes.
*Assisting management in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall KPI performance.
*Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example to drive sales.
*Providing strong duty management support and coaching sales staff to meet their goals.
Qualifications Required for this Assistant Manager Formalwear role:
*Minimum of 2 years+ experience in a supervisory or department, assistant, deputy management experience.
*Prior tailoring experience is desirable
*Background in retail, preferably within fashion.
*Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
*Excellent communication skills, with an organised and proactive mindset.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
